Idaho Families Explode in Divorce...So why do Lawyers make it worse?

No.1 I would like to hear how lawyers made your divorce or custody modification worse?

No.2 Are you familiar with Idaho Code for family law...in which it states the parties may have a "non-advasarial" or a "informal" divorce proceding... However, the catch that attorney's box this Idaho Code in on is the last paragraph that states......"if both parties agree."   What are your thoughts on this?

No.3 Idaho Code also states that if your represent yourself in court you are held to the same standards as an attorney while proceding. AND the ex's attorney then says he will hold you to that. Hello!!! 8 years of law school and  how many years of practice does your ex's attorney have as a lawyer?  Yep....Good luck dad that works anywhere else but lawyerville.

In my case I would listen to KLOVE and try to hear good things like....Born Again byThird Day and not be too overwhelmed. I mean my kids need me to be sane and help them through it, despite attorney's games. What did you do to get through yours?
